YOGaworX REFUND POLICY:

Please read the following information carefully...

CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, TEACHER TRAINING & RETREATS BOOKINGS TERMS & CONDITIONS

YOGAWORX Trainings and Workshops:

To confirm your reservation for a  Course or  Yoga Workshop, you must pay for the Course or Workshop in full. A deposit is due upon acceptance into any YOGA Rx Yoga Teaching Training program and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Each Yoga Teacher Training has a balance fee due date. If the balance of the course fee is not received by the due date, a participant’s place may be offered to someone else on the waiting list. The participant will then forfeit the deposit paid. If the course is withdrawn from 28 days or more prior to course commencement, the fee refund policy is the course fee balance will be refunded minus an administration fee of $150. If the course is withdrawn from 1-14 days prior to course commencement or after the course starts, there is NO REFUND.

Yogaworx Retreats Booking Policy:

To confirm your reservation at a Yogaworx Retreat you must pay the full balance. Without payment we cannot hold your place. A NON REFUNDABLE/NON TRANSFERRABLE deposit is due when booking your initial space, The Balance is then due one calendar month before departure date.

 If you withdraw from a retreat 28 days or more prior to retreat commencement there is no refund but your case will be considered individually and a percentage  may be offered (minus an administration fee of $100.)

If you withdraw 1 – 27 days prior to the course commencement or after the retreat starts, there is no refund.

If a retreat or event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, or for reasons outside our control, then fee payments (exclusive of the no refundable deposit) will be refunded. Yogaworx is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you in preparation for any cancelled retreats.

10 class Passes must be used within 3 months of purchase, and there are no refunds. If you will be going away in the 3-month period, please contact Rami as an extension may be arranged on a discretionary basis.

I Month Unlimited Passes have no extensions granted due to the special fee. The one month offer allows for occasional classes to be missed. If you have plans to be away, we suggest paying casually for classes on a per attendance basis.

If you have been ill or injured our Yin or Foundation classes may be helpful for you. If you are unable to attend class, please let us know. Your case will be considered individually and an extension may be offered. A doctor’s certificate may be required. No refunds are available.
